Refund Policy

By ordering our services at Svidy Recruitment, you, as the Client, agree to the following terms regarding refunds, charges, and cancellations:

1. Initial Commitment and Refunds

  • No minimum commitment is required for our services.
  • Upon ordering, all charges and fees, including any applicable taxes and processing fees, are due immediately for the service(s) ordered.
  • We will schedule an Intake Call to better understand your HR and recruitment needs. If, during the Intake Call or within one (1) week thereafter, we determine that we are unable to fulfill your needs, we will notify you and issue a refund.
    • Refund Terms: Any refunds issued will exclude third-party processing fees and other non-refundable fees incurred during the order process.
    • Non-Refundable Fees: These may include bank fees, currency conversion charges, and other applicable service fees.
  • No refunds will be issued once the services have commenced.

2. Renewal and Cancellation

  • Your service will automatically renew on a weekly or month-to-month (4 weeks) basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel the service at any time by providing a 7-day written notice via email to hello@svidy.com or by logging in to Svidy Store My Account. During this 7-day notice period, services will continue as usual, and any fees due during this time will remain payable. For services billed weekly (Postpaid) or subscriptions (Prepaid) with weekly billing, cancellation can only take effect after the fourth week of service.
    • Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for any unused services during the notice period.

3. Termination by Svidy Recruitment

  • Svidy Recruitment reserves the right to terminate any service if, at any point, it becomes apparent that the Client is in breach of contract, engages in fraudulent activities, or behaves in a manner detrimental to the partnership. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

4. Guarantee

  • As per our service guarantee, if termination occurs due to performance, behavioral, or criminal issues on our part, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected services, in line with our Guarantee Policy.

5. Payment, Charges, and Refund Process

  • All charges and fees are due at the time of ordering the service(s). This includes any applicable taxes, and other fees such as processing or administrative charges.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method used by the Client and will be issued within 10-14 business days of the refund approval.
  • Any partial refunds will be prorated based on the services rendered up until the cancellation or termination date.

Note: All fees paid for services rendered during the initial commitment period and any notice period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
